OROS Digital is looking for a Communication and Digital Marketing Intern (M/F)

Duration: 6 months

Start Date: April-May 2025

Location: on-site at Digigram/OROS HQ in Montbonnot-Saint-Martin (38), France

Designed and manufactured in Grenoble, France, the audio and vibration hardware and software solutions of the Digigram group are distributed worldwide. 

Zoom on the Communication Department:

A senior team of 4 with an international flavour, we devise communication messages for 4 brands over 5 continents, transforming our mission, values and USP in smart digital and print contents. We work in close relation with other departments, mainly Sales and Growth. Work languages are English and French, we are also fluent in music styles and coffee. 

Now, your turn:

Within the Communication team and under the leadership of the Communications Manager, you will take part in the following:

• Social networks:
  • Participate in the development of the editorial calendar and content creation (copy, graphic, videos).
  • Assist in community management for our platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Follow-up, monitor and report the performance of actions taken above.
  • Carry out a regular watch over competitors and identify the best practices.

• Web marketing and SEO:
  • Participate in the SEO for our websites (keyword analysis, content optimization, netlinking).
  • Assist in the setting up and monitoring of SEA campaigns.
  • Analyze website traffic and performance via Google Analytics.

• Emailing and Newsletters:
  • Assist in the design and copywriting of newsletters and marketing emails.
  • Manage databases and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor performance indicators (open rate, click-through rate).

• Content creation:
  • Create/edit graphic/video/animated video content.
  • Contribute to the creation of communication materials (presentations, infographics, short videos).

• Participate in events planning:
  • 40th anniversary of the group on July 1st.
  • Worldwide sales meeting in early July.
  • Trade shows.
  • Various events on the company’s calendar.

Your background & profile:

We are looking for a Bachelor or Master’s degree Student (Bac +3/4/5) in Communications, Digital Marketing, Business School, or similar background or experience. 

• Graphic design: creation and editing of graphic material, animated videos and videos (using Da Vinci, Canva, Filmora, Adobe Suite…)
• Strong interest in digital marketing and new technologies.
• An analytical mind and a good ability to synthesize.
• An organized person who will bring new ideas.
• A certain appetite for tech, digital, the world of software development and electronic components.
• Professional to Full proficiency in French and English (English C1 minimum required).
• Team spirit in a French SME environment with an international twist.
