OROS Digital is looking for a SALES ACOUNT – Europe

 

Responsibilities

 

Working directly with Sales Management, you will lead and develop sales activity in Europe. You are in charge of sales and distribution of OROS products. In line with OROS Digital sales strategy, your responsibilities include:

 

  • Achieve and manage sales objectives through effective hunting, planning, and forecasting future performance.
  • Prospect and generate leads.
  • Develop and manage business, negotiate quotations or tenders for our distributors and customers.
  • Establish reports to qualify and monitor the relationship: use a CRM tool to manage the team’s sales tasks, pipeline and closing.
  • Develop sales strategies for multiple markets
  • Initiate and participate to communication operations such as exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, user days, customer visits.
  • Promote our brand and products within trade shows.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regular training on new applications and developments in our offer.

 

Education and experience

 

With a background in sales, your ambition, positivism and motivation will be key to your success in this position.
You are capable of achieving your objectives and expanding a sales territory. You are fluent in French, English and German.

  • Commercial Aptitude: You have a strong inclination towards sales and business development.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You excel in client interactions and have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Initiative and Organization: You demonstrate initiative and rigor in organizing your work within a multicultural team.
  • Empathy: You possess a high degree of empathy, allowing you to understand and consider clients’perspectives and their needs regarding products and services.

 

Job Details

 

 

  • Location: Position based in Montbonnot-Saint-Martin (38).
  • Contract Type: Full-time permanent position (CDI) available immediately.
  • Compensation: Fixed salary + Attractive variable component + Profit sharing + Meal vouchers + Vacation vouchers.
